Wouldn't castration limit that overwhelming power the MASTER experiences over HIS slave, particularly in reference to a body part that tradition identifies as a possible source of rebellion? I know most Dr in the North America require letters from two different therapists in order to perform sexual reassignment surgery due to the liability involved. My plastic surgeon wouldn't even perform my facial feminization surgery with a letter from my therapist. No Dr wants to be sued because there patients changed there mind after the fact and claiming they were mentally ill and the Dr should of known. I would defiantly check out your Drs Credentials before you let him touch you. Isn't it a question of how close you are to your Mistress, how long you have been with her, and whether or not you would feel comfortable completing the transsexual process if the two of you separated? Furthermore, is she looking to continue with a male slave or is she changing so she wants a male transsexual? If you don't feel comfortable with the idea of being a transsexual in the first place then I wouldn't go anywhere near castration.
