Cleansing... (10)
Fri 14 Mar 08, 6:05 PM 238-864-563 US(CA), 12 mths |
i need some help...i need a portable method of cleansing my rectum etc. for use since i will be traveling. i purchased a bulb type device that is actually made for douching but it was all i could find other than the full size enema set which is more than i wish to pack for a short trip. i tried it out and it seemed to work fairly well, but there was a lot of reflux back into the bulb. i've not had to cleanse myself in this way before and i am rather lost in terms of procedure, such as how many times i should do it, how long i should plan on it taking, what solution to use and if there is anything i should do in advance in terms of laxatives or eating. If anyone has any advice, i'd appreciate it as i am about to spend 4 days with the man i hope will be Master and i'd like for this not to be a problem....
Thanks.

The secret is to compress the bulb and remove it while it is in that state. That will stop the problem of it sucking back. Use warm water, it is more than adequate. Repeat until clean. If you stand upright while you do this it cleans the lower part of the bowel. If you are planning on using something like a snake, then you will achieve a better result by kneeling and leaning forward. That will get the enema along the length of the bowel. It does take much longer to do this. Laxatives are never a good idea, as they cause too much dehydration. Remember to drink plenty of water before and after. Master's piece

I can only tell you what works for me.
i eat very small meals when i am with my Mentor, esp breakfast and lunch. Then i can eat a larger meal in the evening before cleansing myself. This will stimulate bowel movement and facilitate proper cleansing. I buy a prepared solution in a disposable bottle. It takes three times to have the water pass out clear. i usually lie down on my left side as i take the enema, allowing time for the solution to work on my bowels. My body has become accustomed to this procedure now and will come clean every time in this manner.
You can purchase a box of three enemas for less than $2.00 here at a drug store or grocery store. I always have a little bag packed for travel with shampoo, body shampoo, etc. so this is just one more item i include. Also i use a tube of lubrication that is sold in the same stores by the condoms, called Replens after the enema, this will help with lubricating the rectum for more enjoyable sex. Hope this helps. The small enema bottles you can purchase at most any drug store and or grocery store are ideal for your situation... On the average I would give it at least 30 minutes to an hour from start to finish and as far as how many ... until it runs clear. As for how often... no more than three or four times a week or you run the serious risk of stripping your colon of the good bacteria.... to avoid stripping the good bacteria it is best to have a small yogurt afterwards... any type of yogurt will do as it will restore the presence of the good colli in your bowls... Hope this helps ...

I tend to just use a 60 ml plastic syringe, fill it with warm water, and inject. I repeat a few times until the water is clear. It's quick! |

Some people find the prepared solution that comes in these to be irritating, but the little bottles are quite handy so you can just pour out the solution and use plain warm water, as many times as you like. The disposable bottles I've seen have little flaps inside the nozzle to prevent backflow.

The common brand around here is "Fleet".

Try eating very high fiber foods such as beans and brown rice. With sufficient fiber in your diet, you may find that clearing happens naturally without the need of an enema. |

i have found that wearing a butt plug stimulates me to a bowel movement, after which i am usually clean. |

238-864-563, you may want to try having a high intake of fiber and a good cleansing enema before you leave.
slave_t, you are absolutely correct. i feel the same way. my Mistress makes me wear a butt plug all the time, ans She uses a locking harness so i can not remove it without Her permission. (For health and hygiene, i am allowed to remove my plug twice per day-morning and evening) Some unfortunate folks get constipated from long term wear, but i find the exact opposite. Being permanently plugged has kept me quite regular. As soon as Mistress Melanie unlocks my harness, i usually immediately have to use the restroom. Because my body has adapted to this daily routine, i rarely have any issues.
As far as cleanliness: During my toilet breaks, i am required to submit my plug to Mistress so She can inspect it before i may reinsert it. (so humiliating.... so good.... :P )
Also,Mistress often administers an enema about once every few days.

one word, Activia, its a miracle worker I use to have a horrible time going to the bathroom but since I started eating this stuff I've been pretty regular except if I'm really nervous for some reason that stops me up. |
