I am looking for feedback from Masters as to the benefits and challenges of having multiple slaves. Why do you have more than one? Do you show equal attention to both? Do you consider one slave of lesser status than the other? What are some of the problems in having a multiple slave house? Hi Kristan, It's ok to bring up topics that have already been discussed. You are in the wrong area. This should be in Poly M/s. However, don't worry about it. They are not that near by, but nevertheless, one of them comes down from Canada fairly often and stays in his place. (We don't live together) My issue is that this is my first Master and i'm not used to being poly with anyone, and my jealousy and outrage sometimes take over. Grant it, he is good to me, and evidently adores me so much that even when he released me about six weeks ago, he still wanted me back when i was ready to go back. I wonder how many Doms out there have more than one slave and how common it is. He assures me that it is. I find it difficult, but like i said, he's my first Master, he created me, and we have that dynamic to our relationship. I am sometimes allowed to play w/ others, but i wouldn't do it at all if he said i couldn't. 29 Apr 08, 2:47 AM 000-788-769 US(IN), 6 yrs  This slave has been lucky enough to have a few slave brothers in the past, and loved them all. Never felt any envy, because as this slave sees its reason for existing is to serve the Master, please and pleasure the Master, and whatever makes the Master happy is good. Anything that this slave would do to up-set or disturb the Master's Domain would be bad. This slave has always felt that if it loved its brother slaves, then that could do nothing but make the Master's Domain better. The Master only exists, "because" of the slave, not "for" the slave. Yes, it is true that there can be no Master if there is no slave, but there can be no "real" slave, unless there is a Master to obey, serve, submmit, and surrender to as the reason for the slave's existence. If a slave feels ill will towards another slave in the Master's Domain or to the Master, due to the fact that the Master is wonderful enough to share Her or Himself, then maybe that is not a slave, but rather a submissive who has so many personal needs that s/he cannot surrender effectively to be a real slave, and there is no shame in that, one must just understand what one is, and then live that beings phyche. I have two slaves, which can be a handful at times, I wouldn't go for more than that myself but to each His/Her own. There are of course many advantages, including splitting of duties per aptitude and inclination, the relationship between the slaves themselves (i.e. having someone close to relate to, but this can go both ways), and just the enjoyment of more than one slave. Disadvantages include just about anything one can think of when one takes responsibility for two other people's lives.
