During my time in the virtual world of SecondLife i was told only to call my Mistress Mistress, which was in the beginning a problem since i used to adhere to the gorean protocol of calling ALL Dom/mes Master or Mistress. Different situastion but my solution might help there. Since i always been in love with everything japanese, i simply added to the names of the Dom/mes the japanese title -sama, for excample David-sama (Lord David) or Michelle-sama (Lady Michelle). If you are forbidden to use the words Mistress or Miss then using Lady (or as i, -sama) expresses respect and also makes it more personal by using the Mistress's name.
