The plugs that "have" the through hole have the exact opposite effect(tons of pre-cum comes out). I have a few plugs myself and have some advice on that front. 1. Be careful when choosing the size of the plug. A 9mm plug should work fine for most, without having to stretch the opening. Stretching can be very time consuming (although quite rewarding). Stretching also requires the purchase of either sounds (yummy), or a Nasal speculum. 2. Shop around; there are plenty of sources for them. It also gives you an opportunity to see the various types. EBay has worked well for me. It sounds to me like the "Glans ring with sperm stopper" would do the job. As long as the person "giving" is mindful that the plug or ring is there they should be ok. I have a plug with a through hole that is threaded and when Mistress does not want pre-cum around, she uses a threaded plug in the hole. This then allows for removal of the plug when it is time to drain your cum. Sizing is very critical as is the quality and finish of the plug. My urethra is stretched to the point where a 1/2" diameter plug is used with a slight reduction in diameter running through the head, so it is self retaining. This also works well as a contact for electro torture either with the threaded plug or a threaded plug with hole to allow ejactulation during stimulation. Lots of fun. Just be sure to keep everything clean and sterile. As long as your plug isn't over a couple of inches long you shouldn't have any big issues with infections etc. Be sure to have a good hard pee after removal to flush the urethra. Good luck!
