Use your mouse (or double click if you have a laptop) as you run your cursor over the text you want to move until it is highlighted. Then click on the highlighted text with your right key. From the list of options available click on 'Copy' or 'Cut' (I would suggest 'Copy' as it keeps your original there too so if you go wrong you can try again). Then go to wherever you want to put the text, right click again & selct 'Paste'.
