Master has chosen that this slave has to earn the use of a slave name. Although He has already chosen a name, this slave has not yet earned the privilege of being named by Master. Masters' given name to me is 10 and has explained it's because I'm His perfect 10, being 10 out of 10 etc. And being His perfect 10 makes me feel beautiful which He endeavours to make me feel...unless I'm being stripped down to be built back up again of course. Other than that Master calls me babygirl which makes me melt all over. That he immediately associated it with me. so from then on he call me Bella and claimed me as his own. he also calls me all the vanilla pet names like baby, hunny, sweetie, and things like that. the only time since my naming has he called my by my given name was as a punishment, since i hate when he does that. He has given me permission to use 1st person subject when i address Him. Master refers to me either as "pet" or "little one" both of which i love, but He also refers to me by my name while around family. Something changes when He refers to me by name, it sounds "different" not bad, not good, just different. Daddy often refers to me as bitch, as one might say woman. when He is being more nurturing he calls me lil girl, or by my name, ruthie, lil ruthie -- and a variety of other things with 'lil' in front of them, all of which i love. there are other affectionate names that i will just keep private, not because they are unusual, just because they are His. He also calls me slave ... it seems often as a 'regular' way to remind me of my place. He calls me nothing else but slave when he is upset, about anything. and will sometimes also call me cunt then as well, usually if he feels i'm not thinking, or doing my best, or self-absorbed.
