(but i'll have to check with Him). Other Doms have called this one "girl" and although she likes it because it keeps her in her place, i think i'll always love "pet" more.. ill have to ask Him if He can think of another name for me. He uses my given name occassionally but to be honest, its not very often that He ever actually calls me anything.. especially not to attract my attention.. He will usually just start talking to me..and im pretty much expected to be listening in. ~edited to add: another one of His favourites for me is "Moonpig" - has something to do with the way i snort when i laugh, burp when ive finished eating (i use the excuse that its an important arabic tradition.. even though im not arabic) and have a round pink rear end. MG calls me "My dear" most of the time. When he talks about me to the vanilla world he uses my given name; i don't recall him using it any other time. To his family he uses "My darling slave" In public it is usually "My dear" also. Or "baby"..normally phone calls start with "hi baby", it doesn't matter how bad my day is, i hear that and everything is well. This one is touchy....at times he calls me "My sweet doormat", BECAUSE, a "friend" of mine recently did a one on one "intervention" to explain the reasons she feels i am treated as a doormat. i told him about the conversation, He later called and talked to her attempting to ease her concern. Now when i do something on her long list of reasons i am said doormat, he will say something like, "thank you doormat" and we laugh. He's also said i can be underfoot like one. Mistress usually calls me by name, but She found a couple of words she found while reading. One is 'saato' which means slave/trade object. The other is from the SwordDancer books by Jennifer Robinson: 'chula' which just means slave. She just liked the way they sounded, but now saato is what she calls me when I'm in the use-and-abuse me mode, and chula when I'm in trouble. He will call me girl and sometimes woman, slave (girl), bitch, butter, butternut (girl), magnolia, lil (girl), and cunt. when He calls me bitch it is a way of reminding me of my place. He calls me bitch as He would call me 'mate' or 'wife' ... it is a designation of being His counterpart, His 'other'. when He is highly complimenting me, He let's me know my place as His counterpart also by calling me 'queen' (i often call Him 'my sweet King') . my heart leaps when He does this. it is one of my most special names and means that i have pleased Him very much. if i am not being mindful and aware of my place He calls me cunt and when i hear this, i immediately understand that i have gotten caught up in my 'self' and that i need to 're-center' and become calm. when i am being called cunt, it let's me know i am not controlling myself and that i need to get in line and find my place.
