According to the AUP posted, this shouldn't be. Her profile hasn't been removed, a thing one could reasonably expect. In your most recent forum correspondence with her, you spoke only indirectly to the matter and you've voiced no support for those (of whom I am one) who wrote in defense of the policy. This is a very important thing to me and naturally, I am confused by your actions. Will you write and clarify your intentions, please? I think I read that she would return when she's old enough. If she doesn't post, why not let things be? By pursuing her now, we might lose her later.... i find this post deeply disturbing.It would appear there have been several supporters of Clarices continued presence on this board, interestingly, the majority of which have been by older males ( some of which have been deleted ). Clarice is under the age of majority and therefore is considered to be a child. i do not wish to be associated with any group which is supportive of minors in a sexualised environment. I simply wanted to support a human being who was asking for help. Different cultures have different ideas about what should be legal. Pehaps I expresed myself badly but I'm not advocating breaking the law. However it is a fact that "minors" join a "sexualised environment" in everyday life. They need help, not banishment. Perhaps SD is not the best place for her to be, but she needs someone to lean on. The fact that minors (there is no quote mark necessary, as a schoolgirl she is an actual minor in every sense of the term) join sexualised environments (again no quote marks are needed - look at some of the discussions in SM & Fetishes, or at some if the photos here for clarification) all the time is not the issue. The issue is what we individually decide to aid. I do not want to aid a schoolgirl in viewing pornographic images, or partaking in sexual discussions with adults. That is My right. As for offering her guidance about where else to find help, I assume you mean with her social problems. As she is recieving assistance from the DFS & prescribed medication from her GP it seems that she is recieving professional help which I do not think strangers from the internet should interfere in. If you mean we should provide her with guidance on where else to find 'help' relating to BDSM, then I disagree. A troubled, unwell schoolkid should not be aided in the BDSM scene. When she is an adult if that's what she wishes then obviously that's her choice. Having looked each day for a response from Tanos and finding none I began to have some serious doubts. SD! is a requirement for me but I had begun to enjoy the discussions and it was looking as if C was going to have to find a new site.
